ABA Facilitators

Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor and working with direction from a BCBA, The ABA Facilitator uses the Behavioural Skills Training model to teach caregivers and workers strategies outlined in a behaviour intervention plan for children and youth with ASD.  
This role will support clients as assigned to Geneva Centre as part of the OAP Urgent Response Service which is a program that will provide timely and time-limited services to address an urgent need (e.g. new behaviour or an escalation of an existing behaviour) to clients and their family. Services will primarily be provided in person in the family home or in an appropriate community agency.  
 

Behaviour Consultant-Contract

Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor and collaborating with other multi-disciplinary team members, the Behaviour Consultant conducts Functional Behaviour Assessments, designs effective behaviour intervention plans, and conducts analysis of behavioural data for clients with an ASD and/or dual diagnosis and their families, caregivers, and educators. 

Group Services Workers

Reporting to the Supervisor, Group Services Workers work directly with children, youth and adults with Autism in group/camp settings assisting to develop communication, social and life skills.

Group Services Workers (Adult Day Respite)

Reporting to the Supervisor, Group Services Workers in the Adult Day Respite program work directly with adults with Autism in a recreational, group setting. Group Services Workers work alongside Shift Leaders to facilitate inclusive programming, work towards individual goal development, and maintain open communication with caregivers.    

Instructor Therapists

Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, The Instructor Therapist is responsible for working directly with children with ASD and their families in the provision of an IBI service to include but not limited to, conducting assessments, writing, implementing, and monitoring behaviour plans, data collection and display, as well as training and supporting caregivers.  

Junior Instructor Therapist

Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, The Junior Instructor Therapist is responsible for working directly with children with ASD and their families in the provision of an ABA program to include but not limited to, following behaviour plans, data collection and display, and preparation of program materials.
 

Occupational Therapist

Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, The Urgent Response Occupational Therapist will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting children and youth with autism diagnosis and their families with an identified urgent need to prevent further escalation of risk or harm to a child or youth, other people or property based on the identification of key high-risk factors.
 

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Reporting to the Chief Operations and People Officer, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports full cycle recruitment and onboarding for all Geneva Centre for Autism (GCA) positions.
