The Community Options Program is designed for individuals who desire to become more involved within their community. The goal of the program is to empower adults with ASD to achieve their goals through community involvement and increasing independence. Working with a dedicated facilitator, individuals work toward goals such as: navigating supports at a post-secondary institution, providing community integration support, supporting individuals with employment readiness skills and support around emotional regulation.
$500 for 1 month (3 to 4 1 hr sessions/month)
$1400 for 3 months (3 to 4 1 hr sessions/month)
$2800 for 6 months (3 to 4 1 hr sessions/month)
