Frequently Asked Questions
How do I register?
Click "Book your Intake Appointment today!" and fill in the intake form to express interest and a program coordinator will be in touch to book an appointment. Please note, completion of the intake process does not guarantee a spot. Should a spot be available, families will be contacted regarding next steps.

What are the eligibility requirements?
The client is 18+ years of age and requires a 1:1 staff to participant support ratio only.

I have registered for a Les & Kae Martin program in the past, do I need to complete an intake?
Yes, all families interested in the Les & Kae Martin programs are asked to complete an intake form. A program coordinator will then connect regarding next steps.

Is the intake assessment done in person, virtually or by phone?
Currently, our intake appointments are conducted virtually or over the phone.

How many spots are available?
Due to the overwhelming amount of interest in the Les and Kae Martin Adult Bursary program, the availability of spots are limited. During your intake, families will be notified of the availability of spots and status of their registration.
