The Autism Workforce Development Hub is here to help you build autism and neurodiversity awareness in your workplace.
Employers looking to increase autism and neurodiversity awareness in their workplace may be eligible to receive a limited number of free training packages through GCA’s online professional development platform, Sonderly. Businesses can easily take the first steps towards building an inclusive workplace by enrolling their employees into the free training program.
With first-person insight and real-world examples, our Autism & Neurodiversity Awareness Training Package offers a comprehensive overview of these commonly misunderstood identities and practical support strategies that anyone can use to make their environments and interactions more inclusive.

The Autism Workforce Development Hub is here to help you find autistic and neurodiverse talent to support your business.
The Autism Workforce Development Hub will provide individualized consulting for eligible Employer Partners interested in neurodiverse hiring. Our Employment Consultant will work directly with you and your staff to identify potential workplace barriers and to create an inclusive environment for your neurodivergent employees.
In addition to the training program, our eligible Employer Partners will have access to exclusive networking opportunities with GCA’s diverse talent pool.

The Autism Workforce Development Fund is here to help you find meaningful, long-term employment.
The Autism Workforce Development Hub is offering free group-based Pre-Employment Training and 1:1 Employment Consultation for Adults (18+) to prepare for, obtain, and maintain employment.
The Pre-Employment Training is a facilitated 8-week in-class program. Classes will include important topics for today’s job market such as Working from Home, Accommodations, and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace.
After completing Pre-Employment Training, participants will have access to 1:1 Employment Consultations with a dedicated Employment Facilitator to build a personalized employee portfolio. Together with the Employment Facilitator, participants will develop unique tools to support them throughout the employment cycle from hiring to retention to future employment opportunities.
