Adult Day Respite is a recreational program that supports adults on the autism spectrum to engage in a variety of activities both in the centre and in the community. Participants will have exposure to social, recreational and leisure opportunities in a group environment. Dedicated and consistent full time staff support provide high needs clients and their families with safe and reliable respite care while working towards individualized and group goals.
Located at 164 Merton Street, the Adult Day Respite program operates on weekdays (Monday to Friday) from September to June, and is divided into three semesters: September to December, January to March, and April to June. The program runs from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.
