Respite is a recreational program that supports adults on the autism spectrum to engage in a variety of activities. Participants will have exposure to social, recreational and leisure opportunities in a group environment. Respite staff support clients in working towards individualized goals and engage in individual and group activities.
Daily activities may include: Local community walks, baking, art, sensory activities
Please note our respite programs for participants who require 1:1 support only.

Fall 2023 Evening Respite
Dates: Weekly on Thursdays
Hours: 3:00pm-7:30pm
Price: Free
Weekend Respite
Dates: Saturdays or Sundays from September to June, on a three-week rotation. Each group has a total of 10 sessions
Hours: 9:30am-3:30pm
