Sleep Strategies Workshop

Does your child have a difficult time going to sleep or staying in their bed? Does your child have challenging behaviours in the evening? Would you like to learn how to create a bedtime routine for your child with ASD? As part of this work­shop we will discuss common sleep challenges, the various components of a suc­cessful sleep, navigating challenging behaviours around sleep and sleep routines, managing sleep challenges and the use of reinforcement including fading it out.

Parent Training Workshops are available to parents/caregivers of Geneva Centre clients ages 0-18. Parent Training Workshops provide an interactive space to learn new skills and strategies to support your child/youth at home and in the community.
