Toileting Strategies Workshop

This workshop explores the challenges of toilet training children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Strategies (based on Applied Behaviour Analysis) to improve your child’s toileting skills are presented. These strategies include modeling, prompting, shaping, reinforcement, visual cues, and scripting. Parents/Caregivers have the opportunity to discuss specific toileting difficulties.

Parent Training Workshops are available to parents/caregivers of Geneva Centre clients ages 0-18. Parent Training Workshops provide an interactive space to learn new skills and strategies to support your child/youth at home and in the community.
