This workshop is designed for parents of children 7 to 12 years old who are looking to gain a better understanding of stress in children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, to learn practical strategies for teaching awareness & coping skills, and to obtain an interactive opportunity with other families.

Parent/Caregiver Education and Training Workshops are available free to parents/caregivers of Geneva Centre for Autism clients aged 0-18 years old. Parent/caregiver education and training workshops provide an interactive space to learn new skills and strategies to support your child/youth at home and in the community.

It is strongly recommended that participants attend Behaviour 101 Part 1 & Part 2 initially as concepts and strategies are discussed within Behaviour 101 which are the foundation for many concepts discussed in other workshops.
