Do you want to know how to succeed at toilet training your child? This workshop explores the challenges of toilet training children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Strategies (based on Applied Behaviour Analysis) to improve your child’s toileting skills are presented. These strategies include modeling, prompting, shaping, reinforcement, visual cues, and scripting. Parents/caregivers have the opportunity to discuss specific toileting difficulties.

Parent/Caregiver Education and Training Workshops are available free to parents/caregivers of Geneva Centre for Autism clients aged 0-18 years old. Parent/caregiver education and training workshops provide an interactive space to learn new skills and strategies to support your child/youth at home and in the community.
