CBC Kids Days 2019


JULY 17 & 18, 2019
10:00AM-3:00PM (EACH DAY)

On July 17 & 18, 2019, kids take over the CBC! Join us for two fun filled days of live performances, activities, crafts and the first ever CBC Kids Parade!

CBC Kids Days can be loud and crowded! If you’d like a different sensory experience, we welcome you to visit Pablo’s World. Inside you can enjoy fun activities, watch videos, or just relax! Experts from the Geneva Centre for Autism are also inside, please come say hello!

Ontario Scince Centre Sensory Friendly Saturdays

First Saturday of every month in 2019 from 3–7 p.m.

Come celebrate neurodiversity!

The Ontario Science Centre is partnering up with Geneva Centre for Autism and others to offer sensory-friendly events and programming.

With a variety of communities in mind, Sensory-friendly Saturdays were developed to provide an environment that is inclusive, accessible and respectful. Open to everyone, the programming is appropriate for all ages and abilities.

Programs are included in the regular price of admission or with an Ontario Science Centre membership except for Sensory-friendly IMAX® Film Screening which is $9 per person. Member discounts apply.

Annual Geneva Centre for Autism Family Picnic

Join us August 14th at June Rowlands Park for some fun in the sun! We are thrilled to be able host our annual picnic in it's 23rd year now! This event is free and open to our community. There will be fun inflatables, games, BBQ, face painting and special guests like our friends from the Ontario Science Centre, Toronto Police Motor Squad (Motorcycles), Toronto Marlies Duke the Dog and so many more!

While we are happy to be able to host this event for our not only our friends and families of our centre but community members, donations the day of are welcome to help ensure that we can continue to host this event for years to come.

So bring out the fam and we hope to see you there!

Early Years Program Open House

Join us at the centre to check out our program space and learn about our new early years programs! There will be some fun activities so children are welcome!

As a parent, you are a leader in your child’s development. When your child is diagnosed with autism, you may wonder where to begin. Our new early year’s program options apply proven strategies in a variety of settings to help your child succeed at home, school, and in the community. All programs are evidence-based and supervised by a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).

Light refreshments & snacks will be available! Walk-ins are also welcome!
