Hailey has worked as a teacher in various types of classroom settings supporting students with a variety of exceptionalities prior to her current role of Program Consultant in Special Education with SCDSB.  Having completed her Masters of Education in Educational Leadership through Nipissing University Hailey strives to motivate and educate teachers and support staff to utilize evidence based strategies to meet the needs of learners within the school setting. 

Hailey is passionate about ensuring that student voice is at the centre of educational programming and transition planning for students with exceptionalities and that all students have the skills and tools necessary to reach their full potential.
