Summer Training

If you are employed by an Ontario School Board, please inquire with your head of special education about attending on behalf of your board before purchasing a registration through this site.

LIVE SESSION OUTLINE

This live training event will begin with educators coming together for a keynote event with internationally recognized speaker Dr. Joanne Gerenser, on the topic of Planning for Adulthood Through Effective Education and facilitating transition to non-academic settings. This keynote session will be offered in English with simultaneous French translation available on headphones.

School Board participants receiving a funded spot will be registered to attend both days. This will count as one spot.

Public attendees paying for their spot have the option to register to attend both days or the option to register and attend only one of the two days. Each option will count as one spot.

We will be providing a workbook at this event. When registering, you must indicate the workbook language choice.

PRICE – PUBLIC (ONSITE)

Limited spots available for members of the public that are not currently employed by an Ontario school board. Breakfast and lunch will be provided and is included in the cost of registration.

This live training event will begin with educators being brought together for a full day keynote event on Day 1 with internationally recognized speaker Dr. Kathleen Quill. Day 2 will offer a choice of two, day-long concurrent training sessions, Practical Applications of Applied Behaviour Analysis in the Classroom and The “A” Word: Exploring Anxiety from a Behavioural Perspective.
Participants have the option to register to attend both days or the option to register and attend only one of the two days. Each option will count as one spot.
