This keynote address will focus on building leaders’ capacity at all levels of an organization to improve the quality of instructional practice in our classrooms today. Capacity building activities such as deep ABA implementation in our schools for students with an Autism Spectrum Disorder are aligned with the five core leadership capacities. They are: Setting Goals; Aligning Resources with Priorities; Promoting Collaborative Learning Cultures; Using Data; and Engaging in Courageous Conversations.
