Do you want to connect with other parents and caregivers of children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder?
Would you like to share or receive information, ideas and resources?
Are you looking for a place to discuss your concerns and challenges with other families?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions this may be an opportunity for you.
Parent Network meetings create an opportunity for parents/caregivers of children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder to exchange ideas, discuss challenges and share resources. These meetings foster a sense of community and enables parents/caregivers to share ideas in a supportive and positive environment. Parents/caregivers play a key role in identifying discussion topics in the various groups. Issues such as education, sibling relationships, stress management, community resources and employment options for youth and adults have been explored in the past. Please call ahead to register for the workshop(s) you would like to attend.
All sessions are held at the Geneva Centre for Autism.
Please refer to the Parent Training Calendar for current dates and times of our Parent Network meetings.
