The intensive service responds to the needs of families with is designed for families who have complex needs.  Following a comprehensive period of assessment, data collection and analysis, an intervention plan is devised with the child and family.  The Behaviour/Communication Consultant works closely with the family and supports the family via regular contact in implementing the plan. 

The multidisciplinary team determines which families require this intensive level of intervention based on the specific, complex needs of each individual family
