(In English) Sharon Burgess, M.Sc.S., a plus de 15 ans d’expérience travaillant auprès d’individus présentant un TSA. Au début de sa carrière, elle travaille en tant qu’éducatrice spécialisée dans une classe TEACCH et pour un organisme communautaire puis en tant qu’intervenante béhaviorale. Elle travaille en tant qu’orthophoniste responsable du volet TSA pour le CECCE depuis 2006. Elle a suivi plusieurs formations afin d’approfondir ses connaissances des TSA, notamment en PECS, Verbal Behavior, Enseignement structuré et DIR de Greenspan.
Sharon Burgess, M.H.Sc, has more than 15 years of experience working with individuals with an ASD. At the beginning of her career, she worked as a child and youth worker in a TEACCH class and for a community organization and subsequently as a behavioural therapist. She currently works as a speech language pathologist in charge of the ASD caseload for the CECCE. She’s had extensive training in ASD, such as PECS, Verbal behaviour, Structured Teaching and Greenspan`s DIR.
