These are the steps to becoming a volunteer:

- All volunteers are required to participate in an interview, submit references, results of a TB test and an appropriate vulnerable screening police check.
Our Volunteers Help in the Following Areas:
Social Skills Groups – Curriculum based instruction through group circle games, sharing, sensory activities and crafts (3 hours per week).
Respite – Assist staff in a recreational setting after school and weekend in programs for children, youth and adults.
Toronto Partnership Autism Service – Intensive Behaviour Intervention (TPAS-IBI) – Assist Instructor Therapists 2 half-days per week (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. preferred) to support children in a clinical setting.
Summer Day Camps – Energetic interaction with clients 7-14 years of age on outings, swimming, arts and crafts and more. (Every day for 2 weeks)
Adult Groups – Help with the development of life, leisure, self-management, social and community skills in youth and adults. (Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays 9:30 – 3:30 or evening social groups)
Administrative, Corporate and Fundraising Volunteers – Support our daily operations and special projects including our annual family picnic, holiday party, golf fundraising tournament, etc.
