| The workshop will review the profound impact having a child with an ASD has upon families. Discussion will focus on the unique grieving process experienced by families, the stresses they experience and will include a constructive view of coping mechanisms. Family members will relate to the experiences of others and their coping methods while professionals will gain new understanding of the families’ experiences with ASD. |
