| This workshop focuses on increasing the language skills of children with ASD who are NOT using speech as their primary form of communication but require additional support to increase their receptive and expressive communication skills. The workshop will discuss how to assist the child to increase their use of their prescribed augmentative communication system and increase their communicative functions . Strategies to enhance comprehension will also be discussed. |
