| Many Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders experience significant difficulties processing sensory information which can impact behaviour. This workshop will review the relationship between sensory processing and challenging behaviour. Methods to identify when sensory processing difficulties are contributing towards challenging behaviour will be discussed. Practical strategies will be provided and case studies will be reviewed. Opportunities for discussion will occur throughout the day. |
