How can I meet other families? PDF Print
The following are some of the many ways that parents can be assisted in meeting other parents to share experiences and ideas and to exchange helpful resources:

Geneva Centre for Autism - Parents Forum

Visit the Ability OnLine section for more information about how to register for this online discussion forum.

Parent Network
The Parent Network is a structured group for parents to share information and support, Parents choose topics and meeting dates, and one of our Social Worker facilitates the meeting, takes minutes and shares them with parents who are interested in receiving them.

Parent Link
Social Workers can also facilitate a one-to-one connection between parents who share the same language and/or culture, or who have children of similar ages, for example. For more information about this service, contact a Social Worker.
