Individualized Intensive Programs for Children          Top

This service will deliver a customized in-home program that features respite, skill-building, and consultation.  A team of Geneva Centre for Autism’s Skill-Building Interveners will implement a program to establish routines, introduce new skills and build on existing ones. The goal is to enable the family to utilize the skills and strategies introduced by the team of Interveners, and managed by Geneva Centre for Autism.

Behaviour / Communication Consultation           Top

This service offers consultation and parent training to assist families in better understanding the functions of behaviour. Intervention strategies to teach new desired behaviours while reducing undesirable ones are introduced through consultation either at a family’s home, or at Geneva Centre for Autism.

Counselling          Top

Counselling is available on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis to support individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder, and / or their families.  The need for counseling will be determined in collaboration with a member of Options Services.

Consultation to Existing Intensive Behavioural Intervention Programs           Top

This service will offer support and consultation to an existing Intensive Behavioural Intervention Program (I.B.I.), overseeing and providing training and direction to a team of Instructor Therapists already employed by a family.  Please contact Options Services for more details.
