The Centre's transition support is called The Choices for Adult Living.  This program facilitates the successful transition from high school to community-based activities for young adults with an autism spectrum disorder.

Participants will be able to access one-to-one support in order to participate in 1) post-secondary education, 2) a volunteer job, 3) paid employment and/or 4) leisure activities in the community.
