Interim Service Coordination |
The Social Workers can provide interim service coordination to help parents coordinate the delivery of services both within the Centre and in the community. This support may include locating, contacting, and referring families to necessary services, as well as facilitating communication between these services.
In addition, the Social Workers can support families in advocating for appropriate resources that are available for their children, as well as helping families to navigate their way through complex support systems.
The Geneva Centre for Autism can also provide enhanced service coordination for families involved with the Toronto Partnership for Autism Services (TPAS) program who live in the South Quadrant of Toronto. For families involved with the TPAS program who live in other parts of Toronto, the following agencies are funded to provide enhanced service coordination to families:
- North Quadrant – Adventure Place Child and Family Centre (416-744-7650)
- East Quadrant – Aisling Discoveries Child and Family Centre (416-321-5464)
- West Quadrant – Etobicoke Children’s Centre (416-240-1111)
