Description:Learn about the impact of mild to severe anxiety in the daily lives of people with an ASD.  The course will include videotaped examples of first-hand accounts; assessment of anxiety; interventions that decrease anxiety and enhance self-management; cognitive picture rehearsal, visual imagery, and how to do a progressive muscle relaxation sequence.
