We typically seek college or university educated candidates in fields related to available positions. For clinical positions, a background in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences and ECE is preferred. Previous experience in the field of autism is a definite asset.


We offer a professional development plan that encompasses mandatory and voluntary training. Staff are also able to take advantage of courses offered through our Training Institute.


For full-time positions, Geneva Centre for Autism offers full health and dental benefits, sick time, three weeks vacation in the first year (four weeks thereafter), and employer contributions to a Retirement Pension Plan.


Yes, due to the nature of our business, we require all successful candidates to have a pre-employment medical and criminal reference check completed upon hire.
