Social Skills Groups
- Emotional Regulation Group:
The focus of this group is to help individuals identify their sources of anxiety and assist them in learning the tools necessary for fostering their own emotional control.
- Social Clubs Groups:
The focus of these member driven and interactive groups is the promotion of personal choice and friendship building. There are 5 different social club groups available.
Life Skills Groups
These groups focus on community safety and TTC readiness skills, both of which will allow individuals to improve their problem solving skills and independence in the community.
Recreational Respite Programs
These groups focus on developing recreational and leisure skills that encourage socialization and growth in the areas of sensory and motor needs. Participants are engaged in a variety of activities both at the centre and in the community.
Funded Weekend Respite
The focus of this funded program is on developing recreation and leisure skills that encourage socialization and growth in the areas of sensory and motor needs. Participants are engaged in a variety of activities both at the centre and in the community.
Funded Pathways of Extended Learning
The focus of this funded program is to provide 1:1 support to individuals who are need of coaching in the areas of vocation, education, or life skills.
