Are you looking to improve your rhythm, fitness level, or just get your groove on? We have the class for you! Delton Frank will be offering a fun and inclusive dance class that focuses on strength training, flexibility, movement coordination, and improving overall fitness. It is geared towards all levels of ability and age as Delton will be able to provide individual attention during classes and alter exercise to suit individualized needs. The class will consist of strengthening, flexibility, functions of brain and body work and over-all fitness.
This is not just a dance class but also includes dance fitness for those who just want to keep in shape and get a cardio and physical workout. The focus of this class will be to get people to be a lot more confident and to manipulate the body with muscle memory and use of the brain function which also decreases stress. You don’t need to have any dance experience – just follow the instructor, listen to the music and have fun!
