Facilitating Person-Directed Planning for Individuals on the Autism Spectrum website launched

Three organizations, Geneva Centre for Autism, Plan Toronto, and Autism Ontario worked in partnership on a project “Facilitating Person-Directed Planning for Individuals on the Autism Spectrum”.  This project was made possible by the Person-Directed Planning Fiscal Innovation Fund from the Ministry of Community and Social Services.  There are sections designed for professionals, families, and individuals with an ASD.  The website is available at www.autism.net/pdp.
